Ultrasound?

I'm going to "therapy" now. I'm fine, but I am starting to feel a little sore and stiffness in some areas. This sucks. I keep thinking about that one scene in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. About how a bunch of little events can tie in together to create something big in the end. How one thing can lead to something else, leading to something else, and that if one thing was done differently for at least one of original events, that big happening in the end could have been avoided. But it wasn't.

I suppose I'm making a mountain out of a molehill, but I feel so disheartened and powerless and little.
